    We process only the personal data that we absolutely need to achieve the specified purpose. We process personal data for this purpose:
    Accounting agenda
    Personal data of suppliers, participants, customers, or. their representatives in the scope of name, surname, address, we process for the purposes of bookkeeping and fulfillment of obligations arising from the Accounting Act and other relevant legal regulations. Legal basis
    for the processing of personal data is the fulfillment of legal obligations. We keep accounting documents for 10 years.
    Supply contracts
    Personal data of suppliers, or We process their representatives in the scope of name, surname, address and contact details for the purposes of concluding and fulfilling the contract. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract. We retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 5 years after its termination in the event that one of the parties asserts its claims. We keep communication within the framework of pre-contractual relations for 6 months.
    E-shop
    Personal data of customers, or their representatives in the range of name, surname, address, tel. no. and we process the email for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract concluded through the e-shop. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the performance of the contract. We keep personal data from communication with customers for 6 months. We keep personal data of customers for 5 years from the termination of the contract.
    Educational activity
    Personal data of candidates and course participants in the scope of name, surname, address, phone number, email are processed in order to complete the course and fulfill their obligations
    related to it. The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is the performance of the contract. We keep personal data from communication with interested parties for 6 months. We keep the personal data of the participants for 5 years from the date of the end of the course.
    You can register for the course using the form published on the website, while we process the provided data only for the purpose of processing the request on the legal basis of the contract and we keep them for a period of 6 months.
    Marketing
    We process personal data of customers and participants
    in the range name, surname, email, tel. no. for direct marketing purposes, to inform you about our offers, news and promotions. If you are our customer or course participant, the legal basis for their processing is our legitimate interest. If you are not our customer, we process your personal data for this purpose only with your consent. We keep personal data for 5 years, or shorter if you revoke your consent or object to the processing of your personal data. Newsletter – the applicant can give consent
    to process personal data for marketing purposes by subscribing to the newsletter.
